    New Hampshire Man Appeals Denial

    No criminal record and still denied renewal of his CCW this man is appealing his case to the Supreme Court. I wish him the best of luck.

    Wow...."Short temper,violent outburst,and co workers feeling unsafe"...that sounds like Democrat who is running for office,and was told "no"....
    Hope he wins his appeal though...

    It certainly sounds like a personal vendetta to me...what goes around, comes around...
    He doesn't appear to have done anything wrong.
    If my license approval was dependent on people who "liked/didn't" like me...I'd be carrying a sling shot...

    It sounds like he wasn't very discrete about his carrying a gun. I can see why his coworkers would feel threatened and would want to testify against his permit renewal. I think his own bad behavior is coming back to haunt him. Lesson learned for the rest of us.
