    What does your PA five-year permit cost?
    Huntingdon County, PA was $25.00 at my last renewal (July '07). My first LTCF cost $5.50 for 5 years 31 years ago. I guess inflation is everywhere.

    Sadly there is not an option here for a "lifetime license".

    Otherwise Indiana sounds very similar to Pennsylvania

    Depends on the county here in MT some do some don't, Mine does have a picture.

    WV - yes (in Jefferson Co. anyway). The back of the plastic wallet card has a reduced image of the large paper state permit form, the front has name, physical address & picture. A second, state issued, photo ID must be carried in concert with the concealed carry permit.

    Carry permits are issued by the county sheriff, so I'm not sure if there may not be county to county variations with some locations just having the large paper format ...
