I often use a nylon sheath that was designed for a multi-tool, but fits a single stack 45 mag just right. It has a flap, so I could call it concealed, but it's more camouflaged.

I often hide my extra mag in plain sight. I have a nylon pouch that looks like a multi-tool pouch; the sides are high enough you can not tell what is inside. Then I carry the gun in a tuckabe IWB(Galco Sky-Ops)
I sure do, I mainly keep extra mags in my back pocket, or on the inside pocket of my sportcoats
Concealed all the way through.
