Thats good to hear about a store actually posting a sign that actually WELCOMES Concealed Carry. There is a Sportsmans Warehouse here too, but they have no signs welcoming or forbidding CCW, so with that in mind, I give them my business with my gun on me.

Thats Great news!! We will have a Sportsmans Warehouse the summer of 08 here in Billings, Can't wait! I hope it will be welcoming to CWP holders. We are also getting a Cabela's (spl?) I hope they will be friendly as well.

I work at a sportsmans warehouse in WA. We don't care if you conceal as long as it stays concealed. If you want to check and see if holsters fit or have questions about your gun we ask that you bring it in unloaded and check it in. They have handicapped employee carry due to a ******* hunting manager shooting a round off in the California store through a rifle. He handed it to an employee and the employee did not check to see if it was unloaded. Luckily no one got hurt, but now employees cannot bring loaded pistols into the store. We are supposed to unload it and check it in with customer service. So go figure, our customers can carry but we can't.

Nice to see an official welcome from the business.

What the sign actually says is " attention bad guys, don't be a dumba$$"
I actually drive the 35 miles to Sportsmans Warehouse instead of going to JOES (Formerly GI-JOES) which is much closer. Joes has a National NO-FIREARMS NO WAY NO HOW policy, and I have a YOU DON"T GET MY MONEY, NO WAY NO HOW.
I stopped in at the new Sportsman's Warehouse in Coeur d'Alene Idaho and saw the same sign. Then went over to the new Cabelas in Post Falls and they had a very similar sign on their front door. Glad to see them
We have a Sportsman's Warehouse near us and I love it. I've always carried there (as most other places it's legal) but not seen the sign. I'll look for it next time I'm there. In fact, I may now go do some shopping there tomorrow....
