but the good guys are losing badly 22/78
to apply for a ccw you must be 21...I think in every state...so that eliminates most college students...and not to speak of the class and test that must be passed.
the wording is not helping our cause on this poll.

Have you read the related story? It's about a state senator and a bill he is proposing next year.
Under his proposal, students would have to meet several conditions, including being enrolled in an ROTC military training program, having no felony or misdemeanor convictions, and completing a gun skills course.
Looks like there is not even a requirement to obtain a CCW license. This may be one reason the voting is going this way, on top of the poorly written question itself.
