    Open Carry States

    Not sure this goes in the concealed carry section, but it's a carry question none the less. Being I live close to Delaware I do end up there occassionally, generally to go to the Best Buy or something along those lines (no sales tax rules). Delaware is one of the states that has open carry and I was interested to know if anyone had any experience/issues with open carry, particularly in Delaware. I've never noticed anyone carry there, and if anything i'd say the state leans a little left of center so I'm a little unsure of what to expect.

    I do not have any personal experience with Delaware, but if you haven't checked out Open Carry.org, take a look.
    It appears that if there was a local ordinance prohibiting it prior to preemption, it could still be in effect.
