USPS in Supermarket
I just happened to stop at Kroger here in Memphis yesterday and after going through about half the store, I rounded the corner to find myself looking across the counter of the USPS. I had to wonder where the grocery store ended and the post office began. I didn't notice any signs outside but I wasn't looking for one.
Does anyone know if the store is off limits if there is a post office inside?

The store is private property, yes? That's the answer, I'm almost positive.

The store doesn't belong to the P.O. There is a bunch of little mom/pop stores/gas stations/liquour stores up here. No problem.

Does it even qualify as a PO? You walked into a supermarket...not a PO. You're fine.
Have yet to hear anyone being arrested for walking into a supermarket (with a PO or a bank (where relevant))

They are basically "franchises" and thus not owned or operated by the USPS.

Remember that the USPS is not the only game in town. There are plenty of other options where postal services can be obtained without having your right to carry to come into question.

I would say no unless you are in line for postal business. My Kroger houses a Bank (I forget the name) I don't disarm unless I'm there for bank business.
