According to that site Pennsylvania does not honor Oklahoma CCW Permit which isn't correct. I've already sent them an email to correct that.

I posted this a while back, I can't seem to find it. But the whole site is pretty good. They seem to be popping up here and there.

I wouldn't have either if it wasn't for the free USCCA E-News letter. It's a quick read and I find something interesting every week.
I'll try to find the one from a few weeks back that included a pretty nice disarming technique.

It doesn't require two but gives the option for two since I think a good number of us have multiple permits if our state doesn't have good reciprocity around the nation. For instance, my Nebraska permit doesn't get me A LOT of coverage but combined with a non-resident Utah permit, I'm covered for most of the states that allow CCW. (*I need to get that paperwork sent it)

Owell, the original poster couldn't even find it so "maybe" I wouldn't have been able to find it either... but I'll search next time.
Thanks Captain Crunch

It required two from me.
I selected one test state MA ->CT and it gave me an error statement saying that a minimum of two destination states are required. I selected NY as my second choice.

I think it's because just by putting your CCW state in does not tell the system that you are "starting out" in that state. So you have to specify a start and end. even though it's not really a start and stop, it's the min selection. Maybe click your state and the a neighboring state and see what happens.
