Captain Weir of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) told me SC and Arizona have a reciprocity agreement and they will honor an Arizona permit to carry a concealed firearm. The problem is that Arizona has been reporting this agreement for almost a year. I have talked to and emailed SLED trying to get them to update their site. If they don't make an official announcement Handgunlaw.us will not post it.
So if you could give a phone call to Captain Weir and please talk real nice to everyone you talk to and ask them about any agreement between AZ and SC and ask them to post it on their web site. If they get enough calls they will update their website. But again please be nice. It does not help our cause if we get loud with them. Again your attitude says something to everyone you talk to and you are taling to someone as a CCW Holder so leave a good impression. Thank you. SLED does not have email.
