    Same in WV. No out of state permits accepted,only resident.

    It is getting nuts out there. We need a mutual recognition covenant. ANY license issued by one state is recognized by another; same as driver's licenses. And we need a uniform code related to where we can and cannot carry. Never mind this municipal or state regulation nonsense. This should be a federal matter and regulated as such.

    At the very least a mutual recognition treaty.

    Sorry from New York, the state that accepts NOBODY's permits! Not only that, it's up to an individual county judge what restrictions you get on your CCW!

    I have to disagree with ya Torontogunguy. If this were a Federal issue, instead of a States Rights issue, none of us would be allowed a CCW permit and the winds would change every time we had a different majority in Congress.
