This quite-obviously staged video has been around quite awhile. Still entertaining, though.

I believe this was outed as being staged.

I think so too. The guy with the gun stands really close to the guy holding the bat, close enough for him to swing it at him. Kinda a coincidence that they had a camera. Also, what was his girlfriend doing out of the car once they stopped? Bad move if that ever does happen to anybody.
