This will never pass- it's just too stupid!

Southern Illinois people are as gun friendly as can be. The problem lies in Chicago and Cook county. And we all know how safe the streets are up there----NOT!!!
I like how they worded point #4 - "You would be responsible for all eternity for ammunition registered to you." I guess they plan on trying to prosecute dead people with this bill too
The same bill has been introduced in TN and PA. A few other states have the same bill in draft form. CA already has it.
Crook County...er...Cook County and Chitcago...er...Chicago are the major problems in Illinois for gun owners. Downstate people positively hate that northeast section of our state. We just need to build a wall around that area, fill it with water and then dump in sharks to clean up the mess. Chicago has not had an honest election since before the Civil War. Downstate people are willing to GIVE Chicago away to anybody who will take it. Heck, we might even throw a few bucks into the pot just to sweeten the deal.
Imagine that you're an enemy soldier and you are surrounded by U.S. Army paratroopers on one side and American marines on the other side... Talk about a hopeless situation... That has got to be legal grounds for suicide!
