Here you go boy and girls. Since Brady Inc. is a non profit, some of their IRS forms are public info. You can look up large non profits at:
GuideStar nonprofit reports and Forms 990 for donors, grantmakers and businesses
link to Brady's 2006 tax return (IRS 990):
hopefully that link will work

As the old saying goes, I am not a lawyer, but if I were in any way currently connected with SCCC, I would be lawyer hunting right about now...
"...defamation (also called vilification, slander, and libel) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressively stated or implied to be factual, that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism.

Don't forget to ask the Brady bunch how, since they are a political lobby organization, that donations to them are tax deductible, yet donations to the NRA are not.
If there was some way to remove the tax deductible status from the Brady's then the $3.9M would probably drop like a rock.
