I love this line in the article..
In the Lone Star state, where the six-gun tamed the frontier, shooting bad guys is a time-honored tradition.
Gotta love Texas.

This should be very interesting. It was a really good article. Mr. Barone, lives in a neighborhood about 2 miles from me. I don't know how much things have changed, I just think it's making the news more since they changed the law.
There is a poll about halfway down the page: "How far would you go to Protect your Property" Everyone should hit it.
In the Lone Star state, where the six-gun tamed the frontier, shooting bad guys is a time-honored tradition.
I think I've found my new sig line.

Hope my memory reminds me to watch tonight. It will be interesting to see what kind of spin the media does on the story.

Looks like it should be interesting. The poll is:
"Should people be allowed to use deadly force to protect their personal property?"
Yes. Citizens have a right to defend themselves however they're able.
72
It depends. Deadly force should only be used in certain circumstances.

No. Homeowners should not risk killing an intruder.

Couldn't find it at first! In Seattle, it's on at 1130! Definitely DVR worthy (I hope it's the right episode - it didn't give a description)!

Both and then some, I don't think both of them adds up to half a decent person. Just MHO.
