I'm going against the grain here....Love the prosecutor being pro defense. we need more of those. But.......... Chasing the guy down the street I dont agree with. Sorry, the threat was over. He was no longer in danger... In my opinion, this can make us look bad as "vigilanties"...
Deters usually does a pretty good job with stuff like this.
Channel 9 isn't neccessarily known for their conservativism either.
A couple thousand more DA like this and maybe the tide could change.
Wonder if Deters would mind coming up to Montgomery County?
IF only the AG in NC had that kind of attitude.

Wow! Joe Deters brings a tear to my eye.
However, I have to agree that chasing a guy down the street, firing at him, with a school and potential bystanders...that's asking for trouble.
