Probably Alaska. Kentucky isnt bad, I see where Ky is rated as an "F" by the Brady bunch---good enough for me.
Mississippi is up there with Texas! only thing about Ms. is you will probably need it! no lol
GUN CONTROL= I WANT TO BE THE ONE IN CONTROL OF THE GUN
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
These days (at least until the election), it may be easier to list the states that suck: CA, MA, IL, MD...any others?
I'm pretty happy with the FL set up. Plus, the CCW is a concealed WEAPONS permit...not just limited to handguns.
Now to find an IWB holster for my kama...

Sad thing is that is almost true, at least in Jackson anyway.only thing about Ms. is you will probably need it! no lol

The old sheriff was attending an awards dinner when a lady commented on his wearing his sidearm. 'Sheriff, I see you have your pistol. Are you expecting trouble?' 'No Ma'am. If I were expecting trouble, I would have brought my rifle.'
Howdy from Texas.........I use to think we had a pretty good CH setup but some of the other states offer up more than just handguns by giving out CCP or concealed carry permits. Texas only offers up a CHL which restricts us to handguns. But we can carry as many as we can hide.![]()

A good resource for these kind of questions is Handgunlaw.us
You could add WI to that list...
Depends...
I think that many people are going to like that state that they are used to...
I love FL and feel like I have quite a bit of freedom. If I were to choose some of the others, I think I would put UT, OK, and TX on that list.
Stay armed...somewhere...stay safe!

Have to be a homer and throw PA out there, although many states are essentially just as good.
Some pros of PA over a lot of other states though: No training or fingerprinting req't, only off limits is courthouse (primary and secondary schools are gray area), its an open carry state shall you want to have that chose, and the license is very affordable ($19 for 5 years).
Reciprocity is not quite as good as UT or FL but the PA license is good in 25 states so its no slacker either.

I've got an Arizona and Utah permit...covers just about any state allowing CCW carry.
Treat me good, I'll treat you better. Treat me bad, I'll treat you worse.
Tx laws protect you from civil suit on a good shoot a little better than most states. But the license does require fingerprints, training, class time, written test, etc, plus costs $140, unless you are a senior citizen or veteran. Like said above, unfortunately ours is a concealed handgun license. Florida definitely has a leg up in the concealed weapons area.
Utah is one of the only states I know of that allows concealed carry on campus...there are probably more states that allow it, but I'm not sure which ones. So, if you are interested in good laws, no max capacity and carry on campus, Utah might be a good state to look into. I know, that's blasphemy...I should have said "Move to Texas, we're the best"
There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong, but the middle is always evil.
