    Exclamation Petition to Permit Firearms in National Parks: MERGED

    As you all most likely know, I've been railing on this National Park thingy. I've established a petition in support of the letter from the US Senate to be delivered to Dick Kempthorne (Secretary of the DOI). Please sign the petition. Please pass it on to whatever other sites/organizations you can find. This is a critical time, since the letter from the Senate was just recently delivered.

    The petition is found at:

    I'm only going to run it for 4-6 weeks. Maybe an admin can make this a sticky for just the period of time that it's active?

    The really important part is going to be to spread the word as far as possible. If you're on other forums, post it there!
