I don't suggest engaging the Marshalls, nor dol I suggest upsetting any judge in any courtroom. If taking off your holster is a problem, leave the weapon at home or select another mode of carry. Common sense needs to prevail.

That's why you do not need to wear it. Too easy for that to esculate in to a real problem.....

    "Show me the law"

    I do not have too.

That's because there is not one...I'm not taking it off....

    Then your not going in....

Yes I am and you can't stop me....it's legal.....

It is a Court House rule, not a law.....

    I'm going in.....

    No, YOUR GOING TO JAIL.....

Now all you ever wear is a holster........

    Not worth chanceing it...

I agree that law and rule are two different things...if it is not illegal to wear, then it should be allowed...but there are also rules for the court house...if that is one, then we need to follow it...just like no smoking sections in a resturant.
We are the ones that are supposed to follow the rules, and make LEO jobs easier....BUT there is also a part of me that does not like my rights as an American messed with...an empty holster is just a piece of leather if it holds nothing....it does no harm in itself, but if it causes disturbances in a courtroom, then there is harm done...
Conclusion...there is a fine line there between obeying the rules, and having our rights stripped little by little...
    anyones thoughts?

Our court houses do not allow shorts or tank tops. This is not a law, but it is still enforced.

And why would you want to give the Marshal a hard time to begin with? He is doing his job. More than likely, he is on your side, as far as 2nd amendment rights... that is, until you show up trying to make some kind of statement with an empty holster.
You are exactly right. The only thing the "show me the law" attitude will accomplish is to **** off 5 or 6 people in law enforcement that probably have a bad taste for CCW people after that.
