It's easy to spot a CCW!

I was walking my dog around the complex and I ran into my neighbor just back from Afghanistan. We stopped and talked for a bit. Since I already knew he carried it was easy to spot the grip of his gun bulging at 4:00 through his t-shirt. I'm sure he was oblivious to mine.

It's nice to know there are others around here that carry.

Working in the field of security, I find I'm much more aware of concealed weapons than many. It seems that not a week goes by that I don't pick up on somebody carrying. The bulge at 3:30-4:00 is most obvious. I assume that most of those I notice are off duty LEO, but some may be CPL citizens. Fortunately for those of us that carry, not many people on the street pick up on "the bulge."

It's a great game to play as you walk around town -- find the hidden pistol!

You know, when I first started carrying over a decade ago, I used to worry about printing and took great measures to avoid it.

    Nowadays...I could care less.

I still dress the same, but I dont care if you see it or not. Chances are you wont.

You can play with your friends, it's a new version of "slug bug." Only instead of punching your friend in the arm when you spot a pistol, you take him to the ground and restrain him until the police arive!

Yeah, we can spot others because we know what to look for and are looking for it but I have been printing like a mad man in front of friends and none of them noticed.

I'm glad I'm not the only guy here who plays the find the CCDW game, I thought I was an oddball there for awhile. I look constantly and have spotted ALOT of folks here in south eastern KY. Some look like "the Type" kinda ex-military or off duty LEO. But a few really surprised me one lookd like a playboy pinup just gorgeous and another was a lil old lady about 140 years or so old looking.

OMO, but don't think you would spot most CCW'ers...

Nobody in my family can tell when I am armed or not. My wife will 'accidentally' bump into me sometimes when we are out and she wants reassurance that I've got it with me.

Well, none of them are saying anything, perhaps.

I'm new at it so still worries me about others noticing it. As time gos by I probably will not worry about it.

I have been carrying for a long time. Ever since I legally could carry.
Yes, after a while you'll not worry about it at all.
