    YES. Carried first time tonight.

Went to Walmart...bought some reduced recoil shells for the pistol grip mossberg, and some stuff for the safe. There's no nachos, and the McDonalds just went out of business, so there's no food! Holly carried as well. It felt so darned natural, I couldn't believe it...I think it's because we've had the pistols (LCP's) for a while and have been practicing carrying in the house for quite a while. Upon reaching the checkout I mentioned to the person that it was a shame I couldn't find any nachos to eat, that I was craving them....she looked down at my ammunition and said: "So, doing the old first-time walmart run for defensivecarry.com, huh?" My jaw dropped. Hahaha, what if that really happened...it actually crossed my mind for some reason...

Felt great carrying and the confidence it gives you. I always joke around with Holly when we're laughing and walking back to the car....I say that we probably look like easy victims -- two young kids laughing and holding hands completely unaware and happy to be alive...waa waa....some crook will be in for a surprise if a situation ever arose God forbid.

Sorry to post another one of these "first-timers" threads, but you only get one, right? ;-) Thanks for the great forum.
It is utterly illogical to believe that passing laws to reduce gun violence will be successful when those who are commiting the gun violence do not obey the law.

Nachos are overrated. Go for chicken wings.
