Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the mail has come! Monday morning I will go down and pick up my permit. After that it's off the gun store to pick up my 642, unless they make me a heck of a deal on a 340. Then it's off to wallyworld for some practice ammo, and then to my dirtpile range. Yay for me

Getting the permit AND a new gun all at once! That's fun. I've been wrestling with the idea of getting a 642. You get the regular or the air weight? Lasergrips perhaps?
It is utterly illogical to believe that passing laws to reduce gun violence will be successful when those who are commiting the gun violence do not obey the law.
