Utah to stop issuing out of state?

Quite a few Canadians got Utah CCW and a guy was running a course up here, I missed and was planning on taking the next one. Now the State government has decided to stop issuing permits to Canadians, but will honour any issued permits til they expire.

Frankly as a out of state person I would be willing to pay extra to cover the administrative costs of getting the permit.

The Utah non resident would only add 3 states Washington, Nevada and Ohio so I am not sure it is worth it.

I would not object to that. I have had a Utah permit for at least 10 years. I would be willing to pay double for the benefits.

I hope they do not stop issuing NR Permits. I let my TX expire because I did not need it in addition to UT and FL.

So would I. Living in a may issue state that will not issue to me, I do not take this for granted. The concealed carry permit is not like a driver's license. It is a right, not a privilege. People have a natural right to defend themselves.
