Is the Florida permit valid in Georgia? If so, no need to.
But if not, yes, you have to go through the whole process again. You may be able to reuse any certifications and such.

Just make sure you're familiar with Georgia's carry laws. Their rules are a bit different than Florida's. For example, you have to use a holster - no Mexican carry (not that that's wise anyway).

Your FL permit is valid in GA as if you had a GA permit.
While in GA, GA laws apply......NOT those of FL. There are significant differences. You need to be familiar with them to stay out of trouble.
