Yes WA state has a no fire arm law on the books on outdoor concerts. To my understanding is was written for the the outdoor concert for The Gorge at George. (if your from WA state you will know what that means)

GA is the only state I've ever heard of with that particular wording.

And I still think we shouldn't be too quick to judge. How would we react if we printed and somebody started trying to take our gun away from us? More than likely it would involve a struggle. I know I'm not going to let somebody wrestle my gun away from me.

I'd say we don't know all the facts on this one yet, and we're being a little quick to judge.

Hmm, it will be interesting to know what the "story" was in regards to the weapon coming out of the holster. I'd be surprised if much more comes out about this if the shooting was an accident or justified. The news has already planted the CPL issue.

not neccesarily a bad CCW shoot

The news video indicated that the police were considering 2 alternatives: accidental or criminal. Details of the struggle were not mentioned---other alternatives could include self-defense. If the guy being led away by the LEO were beat up, a likely possibility looking at his cheek, maybe he was trying to defend himself from an attack.

pretty sure this guy was not the victim
I was standing about 50ft away and saw the confrontation when this happened
I figured it was just some guys fighting and turned around
thats when I heard the shot
There was a second when everyone just looked at each other and I said "Was that a shot?" then I saw people running and decided this was a good idea too
My friend was within spitting distance from the fight and she said that the guy with the pistol was extremely high on something and that he was trying to pistol whip another man

Probably a meth-head. But, I still am interested in the sequence of events.

    Agreed.
If some fanatic tries to steal my carry off of 'my person' here in Florida or back home in Texas, he best beware.

I thought they did a good job of letting everyone know that he was perfectly legal in having a gun. Otherwise everyone would be saying what is he doing packing heat illegally.

Sorry, but Im pretty sure youre mistaken. I was 50ft away and this guy was definitley the one trying to start a fight. He had tatoos all up his arm onto his neck, was yelling and cussing, and I heard from someone nearby he was high and had tried to pistol whip someone when the weapon went off. Doesnt sound to accidental to me.
