If I learned anything after reading through this thread, it is that I haven't learned anything about how to ID a potential threat through appearance alone.

What?!! You mean we might have to consider people as individuals? Shocking!

I would submit ( and hope ) that you have learned from this thread to pay more attention, and watch actions for out of place behaviors as well as mere appearance . The fruit loop with the face shrapnel and the arm art can and will distract you from the fella using the mall as a hide to stalk .

I have not read every post, but my impression is that nothing was mentioned about age.

As an Olde Phart, when I was young the only people who had tattoo's were criminals, hookers, and Sailors or Marines. Those latter who served only one term usually later regretted having gotten a tattoo.

Things are different today, but old prejudices are hard to kill off.

I don't have bad thoughts about such people now, but to be honest, I still think both tattoo's and piercings suck. I still can't get to the point where thinking self harm is cool and running needles over one's self and poking holes in oneself is self harm. Might as well sit around and burn myself with a cigarette.

Did Kerbouchard (post 146) call me a dirtbag? Hopefully I am misreading that (but probably not). Oh, and dont worry, I doubt that any dirtbags will miss out on meeting some arrogant snob either

Before the name calling gets out of hand, I'm closing this thread.
