I have never seen a Indian working in one of the many Casinos, Have you?
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

I did.....at Mohegan Sun, Conn. He had braided hair and worked in a shop that sold cigarettes. That was about 7 years ago when I still smoked. They were selling the pack for $7.00!! A lot for a pack back then. I asked if that was the way the indian got back at the white man.........SMILE on my face, just kidding on my lips........I felt like Custer just by the way he looked at me....

Let's get back to the topic at hand, shall we?
Can any Florida member answer the OP's question?
When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.

By Florida statute it would not be illegal unless you were in a bar area......Even with signage they'd still have to ask you to leave and get a refusal prior to being able to charge...........now, thats FSS......should that place be posted with reference to being "indian terriority".....well, be your own judge......My sense of it is that you are unlikely to have a problem since it's not on a reservation proper....but concealed is the word!............
Plus, you know you're gonna get a NO if you ask them....
Is the Indian Casino on an Indian Reservation? If so isn't it a sovereign nation, and therefore not required to abide by FL or US laws? Therefore your FL carry permit may have no meaning there.

Since they serve alcohol in all area's of the casino you can bet that in Florida it would be illegal.
That is my understanding but many Native Nations have co operative agreements with the state. So it depends on the Nation and what their agreement or lack of agreement with the state is. In Washington the rules vary from one nation to the next. That applies to a whole variety of state laws. For instance WA state has a smoking ban state wide in all public places, restaurants, bars etc but none of the casinos that I know of choose to comply. Same with weapons as I said some have total weapons bans, others ban guns, still other have no ban at all. It may have nothing at all to do with the state, state laws or government to government agreements and may only reflect a tribes or casinos own internal security policy. That is why I suggested contacting the specific Tribal Council or Casino for the answer. They are after all the only relevant authority

The interesting part of the question is simply wether or not tribal law (or policy edict) can extend to property that's NOT on a res....as is the case here, but on property that the tribal entity merely owns...........I dunno...........probably'd take a court decision in the long run.......still, if the darn thing's hidden how they gonna know unless you use it...ask and you shall be denied........just try asking that at the mouse kingdom.
I could be mistaken here but if a tribal casino exists on the land it is has to be part of the reservation or it would fall under state jurisdiction. Thereby unable to exist unless gambling casinos are legal in Florida. As the whole reason that tribal casinos exist in states that prohibit gambling casinos is that reservations are sovereign territory outside the jurisdiction of the state. That court case has been fought and won. Although many states still refuse to accept that fact resulting in needless conflict creating on going job security for the lawyers. Fortunately tribes are developing both the knowledge and resources to use the courts to their benefit. Back to the OP's question the answer remains the best bet is to check with the tribe or casino. I seriously doubt that they have any policy contrary to any agreements that they may have with the state of Florida that needlessly that jeopardizes their enterprise.
