Ouch! I guess it's better to go online & request the paperwork (or fill out whatever you can online). They claim to send you the renewal packet 90 days before it expires. Doesn't look like that's gonna cut it anymore.
As a side note, my Dad's renewal paperwork he sent in (Florida) got lost & his CCW EXPIRED before they found it. He had to call them to figure out what happened. It got lost on someones desk for a while.
