Is this an actual sign that America is waking up and starting to take responsibility for their own safety.

NKMG19, I think you may be correct, but let's not get our hopes up too much!

What is unfortunate is that it takes a life threatening event for some people to "see the light."

I am continually amazed at some of the stories I hear of abuse that some people endured before coming to their senses and finally realizing that they alone are responsible for their own well being...and that the cops will only get their AFTER the fact...not before.

Probably not...except for this one judge!

Stay armed...be responsible for your own safety...stay safe!

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?

He has been on talk radio here in Chattanooga. A good common sense judge. Crime has been more of an issue than it has been in the past - although the CPD's stats will state otherwise.

Stats will always reflect what the stat collector want them too.

After he got out on bail he then raped a woman in her home.

Beard was allowed out on an OR bond when the case was not ready for a hearing within 10 days.

On May 31, he picked up new charges of aggravated rape and aggravated burglary.

A woman said she was lying nude in her bed and a man began performing a sex act on her. She said when the man then began having sex with her using a condom, she realized it was not her boyfriend.

She said she pulled the sheets up and saw it was Beard.

We do have some people with a good bit of common sense here in Tennessee. Some of them are judges, some are LEO's, and a lot of us are just plain old armed citizens.

Sadly, there are also a lot of morons here too. Too many of them are politicians...

What's the difference between a Politician and a "Statesman"?

A Statesman is a dead politician......Lord knows we need more Statesmen.
