    Ny honors Ny and thats it as far as I know. I got mine last year while I was living in Rochester, now I am in gun friendly florida.

    Utah honors NY permits, but NY does not honor Utah.

    That's very funny, if not almost true. But NY does not except ANYONE ELSE'S permit, which means, that unless you are just passing through from another state, you're out of luck here.
