Spotted 2 carrying at the mall
So this weekend I took the family to the mall (colorado mills) to escape the heat. I thought I would try and see if I could spot anyone carrying. It wasn't until we sat down to enjoy an Orange Julius that I was able to observe.
I saw one man walking with his 4 or 5 year old son. He had a pale blue t-shirt and a thin nylon type material khaki colored shorts on. On his right hip he carried a cell phone clip that positioned the phone parallel to the ground. When he took a forward step with his right leg, the barrel of his pistol would print on his shorts directly under the cell phone. This led me to believe it was a 'pager-pal' holster or similiar. I had to do a double take to be sure. It would print at the 4 o'clock position.
The 2nd man I saw appeared to be in his late 50's and was wearing jeans and a tucked in polo shirt. I couldn't see any printing on him but did observe on his unusually thick belt a leatherman type of knife sheath, 3 speedloader pouches, and a small flashlight holster. I'm positive he was carrying too. Who carries speedloaders and no pistol?
After we started walking around again, I tried to spot more but wasn't successful but I'm sure there were plenty more. I'm still waiting for my permit to come in...going on 4 weeks.

Shouldn't you be yelling Gun, Gun!
Malls are safe. My nephew who carjacked 52 cars at the Tucson Mall was just misunderstood.
Good for them.

Hi Buzz, I find myself doing the same thing. When the wife and I go to the mall for fun filled day of shopping
I get bored after 5 minutes and find a bench to park it and watch the people. I can usually spot quite a few, but most carriers know what to look for. Most on this forum will tell you that 99.9% of the sheeple out there are so into their own lives that they don't notice whats going on around them. I have open carried to this mall several times and walked down the center of it with a Springer XD on my hip and no one noticed. People are used to seeing things like leathermans, knives, and cells on belts so their minds tune them out. Welcome to todays society!

Rule of 10's. You missed 20 who were carrying.

Maybe I can get a black T-shirt with "Print Patrol" on it and walk around the mall and pretend I'm a "mall ninja"
