Chad, this a thought I have had also. For example when we beat the horse to death that was armed with a cocked and locked 1911. What would happend, I thought , if I really had to shoot with it. What would happendif they wanted to seize my computer. Well I have come to the conculsion that until it happends it is purely presuppositional because I may live my whole life as civilian and not have squeeze off a round at another human. Looking at it that way...I carry my Delta Gold Cup cocked and locked, and would be comfortable with that in a court case because it is a practical, efficient and proven way to carry...
