    Exclamation Colorado CWP Received: 29 Days!

    Having recently moved, the wife and I each filed for our Colorado CWP's here in Teller County, Colorado. We have also filed the requisite "Change of Address" with the Texas DPS for our Texas CHL's.

    Lo and behold, 29 days from the fingerprints to the license in hand! Woo Hooo! That's fast! The DNC fell right in the middle of that period.

    Makes me like Colorado even more!

    Howdy neighbor! I'm next door in El Paso County. Welcome to Colorado! I think Colorado is a very good CCW state. Make sure you read and understand our laws. "Make my day" here is NOT what a lot of people misunderstand it to be. Enjoy! The snow isn't too far off...

    I'll study up on the rules more too - we'd been here off and on for months at a time, so I was pretty familiar with the CO statutes - but your reminder is timely. Thank you.

    Yeah, that is a shame. I had the opportunity to speak to Newsome and he answered some questions for an NRA basic pistol class that I crashed.
    All because some joker apparently wants to make a name for himself as an "investigative journalist"....
