    CCW at Texas Stadium

I was just given 2 tickets and parking to the Thanksgiving Cowboys game, and I was wondering...

Does anyone know if you can carry at Texas Stadium? I have been there hundreds of times, but never paid attention to any signs.

CANNOT CARRY at professional sporting event in Texas no matter if legal signs are present.

I thought that only pertained to where betting (legal) was occurring, guess I need to re-read my booklet.

I guess I'll have to go the route of the "defending yourself on an airplane" method when the time comes.

    Cowboys tickets

Hey if you are uncomfortable to going unarmed, I'll gladly take those tickets off your hands....I'm a lifelong fan of all teams playing the Boys.

I'm not sure of what I fear the most, drunk Cowboys fans or falling asbestos.

Last time I was there I saw chunks of the roof sitting in the chairs, they need to build another stadium, oh yeah they are.

From a Texas instructor ... don't even think about it. And if you do can I have your guns ...?

By the way, if you decide not to go some Sunday, come go to church with Reborn and me up in the Allen area.

I went to Supercross at TS this spring, they were checking every bag and many people were getting scanned. So if you forget and bring your HG to the gate, it could be a long walk back to your auto.

I think there are 2 lessons here:

    1. I need to periodically read my CHL law book, especially since my memory sucks.
    2. I need to go to more sporting events

If you need one you could probably get one from the mascot.

According to law the city of Arlington (they offically own the Cowboys staduim) cannot post a 30.06 sign or prohibit CHL carriers from the studium. What stops CHL carriers are:

    1. Professional sporting events
    2. They do as they damn well please.

But technically if their having something other than a professional sporting event one SHOULD be able to carry.
Unfortunately this is probably not the case.
