I'm in Oklahoma and as far as I can tell by the law, a business can say that you cannot carry on private property if they post a sticker saying no concealed weapons. I have only seen this sticker at every car dealer and maybe one or two places other than that. The law does not say a punishment for carrying on private property. I suspect maybe the most that could be charged with is improperly carrying a firearm, punishable by a $70 fine. The law also did not mention anything about carrying in a bar like I have read about in Texas. I feel it woud be exceedingly unwise to see a sticker and turn around to put your gun in your car. If anyone has experience or knows the law better than I have read it please let me know.

If it is illegal to carry where posted by a sticker do not carry there.
