...here in Texas, repentant sinners is welcome in church...them what's still practicin' sinners...well, they'll find the welcome a bit warmer...
cant carry to church in GA unless you carry a weapon with a 12-16 inch barrel(there is no law against carrying it) so an AR15 is legal to carry to church in GA but not a normal pistol like a Glock, M&P, 1911 etc

I carry everywhere. Asked the pastor and he had no problem with it, except in service, but that's because we're in a school right now so i can't carry there. When we move into our new building, he has no problem with it at all. Heck, even taught the Wednesday night bible study while carrying. As I've said before, doesn't mean I'll unholster if a BG comes in, depending on the circumstances.
I work in a church and when my permit gets here I will.
Indeed I do (with the blessing of the pastor who also carries in church)...It's not a problem in our church.
There are two types of people who carry concealed weapons...Responsible ones and Irresponsible ones...which are you...
Always carry in Church. My Pastor wrote a recommendation letter for me when I applied for my CCW.

Yeah. We actually discussed concealed carry at our last men's meeting. Our pastor is in favor of it and encourages it. He doesn't want to carry himself while in the pulpit but he specifically mentioned a few people he is happy to know are carrying - mainly because he knows they have training and can hit what they aim at![]()
I carry EVERYWHERE except when not permitted by LAW (not posted sign). I have not asked anyone for permission, nor would I ever.
I do.
My pastor carries and he gave a Sunday night sermon on why it is OK for Christians to carry and use deadly to protect their lives. We have had a couple of Pastors attacked in church in the last few years and one was strangled to death in front of his congregation.
I have never approached him and asked if is OK to carry but I think he suspects I do. I would answer honestly if he asked.
It makes my wife uncomfortable but I would rather she suffer a little emotional discomfort than suffer at the hands of some monster.

Carry always, no need to tell the Pastor. It's perfectly legal.
I also shoot with a couple of the church overseers and feel confident that there is no issue, and that they are happy that I do.....along with several others.

I am a Pastor and have applied for my CCW. We have a number of individuals that carry - both off duty officers and members with CCW's. We have had one individual threaten to come into the service and shoot everyone. We do not take this lightly.
