Unfortunately they both live in Maryland and as a resident myself I can tell you even with an event such as this they will not be issued permits by the socialist state police due to it being a may issue state. It's very sad because Maryland has some of the roughest areas in the US that border south east D.C. and it's residents are forced to be at the mercy of scumbag criminals.
