Is there such a thing as a Federal Concealed Carry Permit?
If so how does one go about applying for it.
If not Please stop laughing at me...
Thanks.

I think you'd have to work for the FBI...other than that, no.
No, there is not.

Ex police officers have carry privileges generally, however there is no universal CCW.
Arizona has one of the most widely accepted and honored CCWs available. I can travel to every state I want to travel too and carry.
Just check your state reciprocity etc.

I'm assuming your talking about retirement.
That would depend on a lot of factors, but generally speaking, no. Most states require 25-30 years for full retirement, but thats for money, not carry privilages.
If I had got hurt 3 years into the job and took a medical, I'd be a retired LEO and able to carry. I up and quit 16 years into it, then no, I'm not retired and probably could not carry under the LEO banner.

I think this topic came up not long ago.
An armed populace are called citizens.
An unarmed populace are called subjects.
If anyone tell you a federal exists, ask for the form number.

I seem to remember a thread a while back, where someone had solicited or retained an attorney and portrayed that something like this (nationwide permit) was possible for a nominal fee. They were looking into a form of group buy into the deal somehow. I'd do a search , but maybe the mods can point you in the right direction?
