    Count On Faith?

We were discussing the issue of( carrying) at work today when a older lady said that she does not need to carry because she has faith in god to protect her.Now I told her that I respected her opinion on this subject. Now I wounder if faith alone is the answer. What do you think? Are we all wrong about carrying? What does the scriptures say?

If she wants to believe that, that is up to her and god. It may be his devine wish that i save her one day to spread the word that to carry is good and god is great.

"In those days, there was a lot more respect for other people and it showed in peoples values.... Today the word value means nothing more than something you get on the $1 menu at McDonald's." -BARK'N

The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

Not going down the religious road, a little planning about church and pastors who pack is OK, but this is a little more over the line for religious discussion.

    Per forum rules:
We have learned from bitter experience that discussions of certain subjects (politics, religion, abortion, sexual orientation, etc) often degenerate quickly. For this reason, we generally discourage these subjects in our discussions. We also discourage "caliber wars" and the virtues of "open carry" topic; strongly encouraging you to take these discussions to other forums where these topics are the focus.
