This whole CCW permit system, with its confusing myriad of laws that vary state-by-state is really an incredible waste of time. I would venture to say that NO crime is affected in any way, shape or manner by these laws. The only people that pay attention to these regulations are law-abiding folks like us here. The criminals couldn't care less. Prison inmates probably have a good chuckle about us wasting all our time with inane gun laws.
