Like the OP, I have been talking to my next door neighbor for over 2 years about getting his CCW permit and a gun. He kept saying that he was going to do it soon...right after the election I gave him a packet of the paperwork.
Last weekend he came out of his garage when I pulled into my driveway...he motioned me over...he wanted to show me his new M&P...(he still waiting on his permit).
