I'll take a shot at this one....

I don't think it is a problem with you carrying and buying alcohol as long as you are not under-the-influence or have open containers in your car.

When you say "get" and "pick up" do you mean you buy them?

No problem in Arizona, as long as you buy them from an off-sale establishment.

Yeah, I'm thinking you are OK as long as you are not driving while partaking of said beverages.

In Tennessee if you aren't drinking at the point of purchase and it is not for on premisis consumption you should be ok but I don't want alcohol anywhere near me when I am carrying a weapon.

So, are you saying you are at a party, a dinner, a resturant, a game, wally world that is serving/selling alcohol...and you leave? I sure don't let alcohol decide for my SD.

Unless your statute specifically bans...which I have doubts that it would in Arkansas...you are good to go. But make sure you keep your bullets and the beer in separate sections of the car (j/K).

TN statute forbids carrying in any establishment that sells booze for ONSITE consumption. A biker bar or Red Lobster restaurant all the same in that regard.
TN also has a LOT of guns stolen out of cars. Go figger, eh?

No worries buying liquor or beer to go from stores that only sell for off site consumption.

This is only for fellow texans, but texas has a law that you can't carry in a place that makes 51% profit from the sale of alcohol (please correct me if I'm wrongly quoting). I believe it's intended for bars etc.. Not sure about a liquor store though. Hopefully someone that KNOWS will respond to my post.

I carry everywhere. My local Wal Mart sells beer...if I want some, I'll get some. Carrying and buying alcohol.......what's the big deal? It's consumption on premesis here that would get you in trouble.

For the next 3 weeks this is still America, so you should be good to go.
