Looking good to me, considering your options.

Either OC spray, or an aluminum kubaton in my back pocket, separate from my keys - rather, key, I only carry a single key with a Victorinox multitool. While it has several small blades on it, I would never dream of using it for self-defense as its far too slow to deploy and doesn't lock the blade.

    All of the above

I carry everything in your photo plus my Kimber. I want less then lethal options available to me. When all you have is a hammer every problem looks like a nail. If I am ever in a position where someone tries to administer a chest poking or start shoving me, they will get a face full of OC. I am not willing to take a$$ whoopin in a less then lethal situation.

Looks good. I carry the same light 75% of the time.

Just make sure you're aware of any laws about blade length. If there are any in your state. Here in Ga you can be carrying a firearm with a firearms license and still be arrested for having a knife with a blade longer than that county, city, etc. allow. Depending on what city/county I'm in daily it means I have to swap knifes before leaving my vehicle.

Well there's no such thing as a license here, nor is there any room for carrying a knife or a spray or a baton or anything mildly capable of improving an individual's capability of self defense.. So I carry my keys. I think they'll make a nice eye gouging improvised weapon in case the **** hits the fan. Well, probably not, I'll probably die bleeding and looking like pulp but it's better than nothing, right?

I don't carry a discrete light but there is a fairly bright LED light in my phone so that should do it for now.

On another forum, there was quite a discussion on carrying a pepper spray, ect. along with your gun. The lawyers said it would be pretty easy to turn it around and say "Why didn't you use that, instead of the gun"? No reason for leathal force if you had another way out. I understand what you are saying completely. I also understand the lawyers point. In the state of Florida, we have the Castle Doctrine. It is something every state should have. If you are in fear for your life, you can use force, don't have to run away. It is true for your car, the sidewalk, your house. If you are in fear for your life, you have the right. I couldn't run away from anyone, and my neck has been broken and held together with a plate and screws. So, I won't be hit either. I want to Walk home, not have to be taken in my home in a wheelchair or a stretcher.

    Add a couple more knives.
    I carry 3 (4 counting multi-tool) AND a pistol.
Maybe I won't need the pistol.
