Okay so after about 85 days, I called again today and was told it is in the mail and I should have it in 7 to 10 days!
application went off first week of Nov. with electronic finger prints.
So that makes it almost exactly 90 days

I just got my Connecticut permit today. It took 5 weeks to the day.
My CCW instructor told me that every time you call, they find your application and pull it from the "stack", give you your status, and instead of returning your app to the same position in the stack, it goes on top. This presumes they pull from the bottom to process the apps. Not sure how true that is, but its funny nonetheless.
