I never wear a coat unless its sun freezing, but here I am, at Bob Evans getting ready for dinner, with my brand new M&P on my hip and wearing my coat. I am carrying for the first time, my first stop carrying was the bank. I swear everyone sees it. Yet in reality nobody has looked at me. Have not done the wal mart walk, reserving that for tomorrow, my ankle I broke years ago is killing me

yeah I was real worried for a while. Still only after carrying a couple weeks it's still odd. but I'm slowly getting more comfortable with just a regular polo shirt on
Getting ready for dinner? You know, I've had some problems in the past going into places like restaurants wearing a jacket in cold weather. When it's too warm in places, I like to take my jacket off. So.....this past year, instead of carrying OWB (open carry not yet legal here) and suffering, I've gone to carrying IWB with my shirt tucked in behind the holster (exposed without the jacket), and when I want to take my jacket off, all I need to do is pull my shirt out and cover then remove my jacket. No more sweating my butt off under a jacket indoors because of carrying OWB!

Stick with it, nobody is paying any attention to you. I know it feels like you have a flashing neon sign around your neck with an arrow pointing to your gun, but you don't.

I carry IWB. If it's cold in the office, I just keep my sweater on. If it's warm and I want to keep my gun on, I tuck my shirt over my the butt.

You are experiencing the same thing all of us have felt when we first start carrying. Don't worry, in a couple of weeks, it will be second nature. And eventually, you'll be like most of us, and feel naked if you have to go without your gun.
