It has been 6 weeks since I applied in El Paso county Colorado.
Still waiting. Colorado is a "Shall Issue State," so the law says they must issue in 90 days. When I applied they said 4 to 6 weeks or 90 days. We have a carry friendly Sherrif here so I expect it in the mail any day.
I hear Florida wait time can be every bit of 90 days now due to the recent surge. I am an optimist so I eagerly check the mail when I get home every day. I know it's a snowballs chance of getting it done that fast in Florida but one never knows if the application checker will find me so much more handsome than all the others that they accellerate it just for me.
BTW: Global warming is kicking our butts this winter here in North Florida. I'm freezing!
30 days they say in MA, depends on where you live, some Chiefs have been known to let them linger and linger and linger on their desks waiting for a signature.
