    Our process in MN is more complicated but no "oath" required. It's interesting what other states have their citizens go through. There is always some lawmaker that comes up with a new wrinkle.

    I wish it were that easy in Kentucky. Here it is a multi-step process but all in all it is better than some locals...

    Hear In Wayne County Went To County Cleck Turned In Paper Work No Gun Boards Five Weeks Later Went And Picked Up My Perment Now All We Do Is Take Our Paper Work To County Sherriff Ofice And Four To Five Weeks You Pick Up Your Perment Fastest In The State
