    In person

I live just over the state line from Delaware County, PA so I apply in person and it takes about two weeks new or renewal.

They're pretty quick and a joy to deal with. If you end up with Corinne Peters at the Centre County sheriff's office helping you tell her that her favourite Canadian says hello.

I have a Texas CCW I now live in Wilmington De. What is a non residence CCW? I thought that since I moved to a new state I had to get That states license. I dont want to surrender my Texas license if I dont have to but want to be legal when I carry in Delaware. I will also be traveling through Pa, New Jersey and Maryland on a regular basis. thanks for your help in advance!

There is a serious process here in Delaware this is a link that describes the process, good luck PM if you have any questions. As for MD and NJ forget about it I can't figure a way to legally carry in either state. But, once you have your DE you can get a non-resident PA.

    Cheers

Delaware recognizes your Texas permit, however once you become a resident of Delaware your Texas permit will no longer be valid. As far as traveling through Maryland and New Jersey, you will have to be unarmed. Neither state recognizes any other states permits. As far as traveling in PA, your Texas permit is recognized by PA. However they do not recognize Delawares permit.

Centre county was 2 weeks for me.
If you want to carry in both PA and DE, you can get a FL permit, but I thought you can also get a TX non-resident permit. Since you had a resident TX permit, you may be able to just have it turned into a non-resident and you'll be legal in both.Handgunlaw.us

Mine took about 10 days from Centre County. North Dakota cost about the same and gives you Del. you must pass a written and shooting test.Look on their web site for a list of examiners.
