It finally arrived!
Sent my application and stuff in to Utah on 11/3/08.
My permit arrived today!!!
There was an added delay thanks to it being "lost in the mail," but the important thing is that it's here now. :hand10:
I work in a pawn shop in a small town. Most the people that come in are good people. But not all of them are. Which is proven by the number of times the PD comes in looking for stolen items.
Having my .45 on my side will make me feel much better when I do have some of those "not so nice" folks in the store.
Congrats! I'm from Utah, just wondering if the fees are different for non-res. Resident fees are 65.25
Congrats on your permit. Be safe and always carry....
Congrats, keep you self safe, I never will understand
why B/G want to rob pawn shops, here in SFL most employees
are armed to the teeth, My close and personal friend owns
a P/S and has had two incidents that didn't work out so well
for the B/G's
Congrats on the permit; but, why didn't you get your home state license?
Congratulations on the arrival of your permit.
It was the same price for me too.

Just didn't seem to make sense to have to put my pistol in the trunk just because I was going to drive across a bridge.
congrads on your new permit. :congrats: carry on and stay safe.
