    Help for my Mom....

Can anyone give suggestions on websites, books, or any other information about women and firearms? I'm looking for very basic information about guns, bullets, concealed carry, and everything related with that, but aimed at women. Any help would be great, thanks.

Paxton Quigley's book and site is a good start.

Kathy Jackson has a great site, not just for women. Here is a link to her good list of books.

If you are trying to convince her that she should carry, a newspaper should do the trick.

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?

Well I'm not really trying to convince her to carry, I'm just trying to get her some information thats geared towards women. I've taken her to her local gun range before and she said she was a little nervous to go by her self. So I suggested going to a place that has 'ladies night' shooting, so hopefully she'll go to that.

I agree, send her there first.
