Got My License And Did The WW Walk

After a 15 day wait, I picked up my OH CHL and went to Wally World this morning. Not nervous at all, but it was 20 deg this morning so I had a coat on. My Milt Sparks watch six IWB does a good job concealing my Ultra CDP II, and is comfortable. My versa max II should get here about May then I will decide which I like better. Anyways, the shelves were mostly bare, no surprise there.

So, I can always use more .22. With the price of ammo these days, I plan to shoot a bunch more .22 this summer. Nachos not available, and don't even sound good. But Reeses however, now were talkin'

Had a good morning, glad to join the "community"

I too like how "Yellow" is admiring those .22s! Welcome to CC and stay safe.

    Congrats!
That was more ammo on a WW shelf than I've seen in a while.
Better keep an eye on "Yellow" there - looks like he might be up to no good.

Got my lisence and did WW walk

Didn't notice the yellow M&M till you pointed it out. That is pretty funny. They had plenty of shotgun shells, and some .22, and one box of WWB 25 auto. No 9mm, .40, .45, .38, .357, or 44mag. The guy said even the .22 has been moving pretty rapidly lately. He said on the rare occasions they get ammo, it goes on the shelf about 4am and is gone when he gets there at 7. Judging by some posts on here, it sounds like supplies are starting to trickle in at some WM's. Maybe the rush will be over in a couple months and we can get back to normal.

I live about 20 miles from Lima. I applied in Van Wert county. The deputy that handles licensing was friendly and professional. Its a rural area, and I think most LE in this area are very pro 2A. Also, my apologies, I just now realized I transposed the c and s in license. It is a pet peeve of mine when people appear illiterate because of their terrible spelling, and here I am doing it.

Congrats on your permit and WW walk. As to WM ammo supplies, I have a feeling a lot gets purchased by employees and there are quick phone calls to friends informing them some is on the shelves.

Congrats and welcome! Ohio, and all of these United States, need as many CHL holders as we can get.
